| Patient Portal You can now have secure on-line access to your medical record through our Patient Portal. All you have to do is provide us with your personal email address. When you schedule an appointment you will receive an email invitiation to join the Portal. Use the PIN code provided in the email to create your own confidential account. You will then be able to communicate directly with us to request appointments or prescription refills, ask general questions, and update your own medical history and medication list. This can save you time and help make your appointment registration flow smoothly. |
